Saint Francis Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital and their associated outpatient clinics have joined UCSF Health. Together, we are maintaining existing services at the hospitals and keeping care local, ensuring that patients can continue seeing their current providers. Combining community medical care with academic medicine makes it easier for all our patients to access convenient, comprehensive care.
These hospitals are part of UCSF Health’s large system of primary and specialty care offered at several convenient locations throughout San Francisco and beyond.

Emergency rooms
We have an emergency room at each hospital: One on Stanyan, between Fulton and Hayes, and the other on Hyde, between Bush and Pine.
