UCSF Health is improving health information and billing processes, making it easier to view, pay and manage your medical bills and appointments across our network.
What’s changing?
- Visits before October 4, 2025
You may receive separate billing statements for these visits. These statements will look different and will be handled by a dedicated billing team. - Visits on or after October 4, 2025
You will notice updated bill formats and improved online access to your account through UCSF Health MyChart, including new options to view and pay your bill, send secure messages to your care team, and more. - Check each statement to see if it is for care before or after October 4, 2025.
- You may receive more than one statement if you had care both before and after October 4, 2025.
- Follow the instructions on each statement for questions or payment, as contact information may differ.
