Saint Francis is accessible by Muni bus lines 27 Bryant and 2 Sutter.
If you come by car, be aware that street parking around the hospital is limited and has a strictly enforced two-hour time limit.
There are three paid parking lots near the hospital. The lots charge $9 for two hours, with each additional half hour costing $2 and a max of $30 per day. The options are:
- The lot at 1234 Pine Street has an entrance on Pine between Leavenworth and Hyde streets and is valet only at no extra cost. This garage opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 12:30 a.m. daily. Late at night, public safety officers are available to escort you to your car. Please call (415) 353-6350 for an escort.
- The lot at 909 Hyde Street has an entrance off Bush Street at Hyde. This garage is open Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- The lot at 1199 Bush Street has an entrance off Hyde Street at Bush. This garage is open Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
For your convenience, we offer valet parking at no extra cost at the front of the hospital (900 Hyde Street). Valet parking is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
